I have been taking this bc for about 4 months now. I have not experienced more pms. If anything I think it has helped, and I dont get bloated like I use to, and I wasnt even on bc. This is my first time being on bc. I have not gained any weight. When I started taking the pills I weighted at 123, now Im down to 115. I dont excersie but I do watch what and how much I eat. But everyones body are differ as you know.
