I used to take Junel birth control regularly for about a year. For certain reasons I stopped talking birth control for about 4-5 months. Last month was my first full cycle that I have taken of Junel birth control. It was a little strange. I was spotting throughout my cycle and during the 4th week (sugar pills) I only had my period for about 2 days. This morning I took my first Junel pill to start a new cycle. Although, last night my boyfriend and I had intercourse and he ejaculated in me and I am wondering if I should get plan b (morning after pill), or if the Junel birth control I took last month will work effectively. Is one month of taking birth control long enough and is it even affective if you were on the 4th week, taking sugar pills?
