I had Mirena inserted two days ago and have not had a break from terrible cramps since.

I went back to the health clinic today and they did nothing except check to see if it was in the right place- it is.

I've been peeing every 30 min or so and I've taken A LOT of ibprophen. I went to the bathroom and noticed my poop was black. I heard that's a sign of internal bleeding.

I bleed a bit when I pee but I think that may have just been from the doctor checking, am I right?

So, is it possible the Mirena is causing internal bleeding that is causing the terrible terrible cramps and black poop?
