it doesent have to be a sunday. start the first day of your periods. if you dont, you can start taking it between days 2 and 5 of your cycle however wont be 'protected' for 7 days of taking the active tablet.

thought id just add a disclaimer- im not doctor im just relaying the info in the insturction book. go to a doctor if you are really confused.
