You should not feel the IUD in the cervix. It should be in the uterus. The only thing that you should feel is the string from the IUD. (It will feel like fishing line.) Sometimes the string can get pulled into the uterus or it can wrap around the cervix some. If you are for sure feeling the IUD in the cervix, you should place a call to the Doctors office to see what they'd like you to do. Good luck.
