I am on ortro tricylen lo and last month have missed some pills, i double up on the pills, on the my placebo pills i didn't get my period but got some spotting for 3 or 4 days when i started my new pack of pills. Now i have been feeling tired, bloated, breast soreness and enlargement and occasional nausea, my bf is overseas and we haven't been together since December 08. What can have me feeling this way

Missing pills and doubling up is going to cause you to feel that way, I mean, it's kinda common sense. Anytime you don't take it the right way, there will be consequences in terms of side effects (or possibly ineffectiveness if you're using it for birth control).

I wouldn't worry about it. Just try not to miss/skip any more pills because your cycle will get messed up and you'll have weird side effects again. Take them the way you're supposed to and you won't have these problems.
