contraceptive pill side effects??? - Birth Control Message Board

Iv been taking the pill for about 2 weeks now and since taking it iv experienced random mood swings aswell as tenderness in my breasts, a much thicker discharge thats changed in colour slightly and im brusing very easily, was just wondering if these are normal side effects to taking the pill??

I'm not sure about the bruising, but the others are common side effects of the pill. The breast tenderness and the discharge may or may not go away with time. Usually it takes about three months for your body to adjust to being on the pill. The mood swings could probably be alleviated by taking a B complex vitamin every day. The pill depletes many of the B vitamins.
