i was put on birth control by my gyno. and i went the week after my period. she told me to start taking the pill that sunday. so ive been taking the pill this is starting of my 3rd week. i take the pill in the morning at 730. i have started my period on the monday before the brown pills atleast i think it is, if not its really heavy spotting. do i continue to take the white pills or what?
Keep taking it. The reason why that happened is because your doc made you start it in the middle of your cycle and that messed it up. It's probably going to take a few months for your body to adjust so don't be surprised if it happens again.
But also that pill is probably the lowest dose out there so don't be surprised if you have a lot of spotting or breakthrough bleeding on that pill.
