| Contraceptive pill expiry?
Initially I was prescribed 6 months worth of Cilest contraceptive pills, but I thought I only had 3 months worth (the second box was put somewhere else etc. etc. one of those silly things). So I went to get 6 months worth, only to discover I still had another box. So, basically I now have 9 months worth.
I'm just wondering if the newer pills (the six months worth) would still work effectively after I've used the 3 month pack I have from before? I would have thought they would since I know some people have got newer contraceptive pills months before they intended to use them, but I just want to be sure that I'm still protected from pregnancy and such.
Sorry if that's all unecessarily confusing and unclear. Just if anyone has a rough idea of when contraceptive pills stop becoming effective, that'd be a great help.
