No menstruation for 6 months
 

I hope somebody can help me with my condition.
I had a miscarriage last February.
After that, I started taking Diane pills and until now i missed my menstruation. It has been 6 months since I took the pills.
Before, I menstruate regularly that is why I'm wondering.
My tummy is not growing, i'm definitely not pregnant and I dont feel any pain either but I have some yellow green secretions with foul odor.
Can somebody tell me what's wrong with me?
I'm afraid...
