If she started at or near the beginning of her menstrual cycle and has taken it at the same time every day, then she should be covered. Matter of fact, women are usually covered from the first dose!

Do not add Plan B when she is already on birth control, that will cause nasty side effects. You might want to consider condoms next time, though!
