it has been a year when i started clenching and grinding my teeth even when i am awake. i don't know why all of a sudden i began grinding my teeth.
finding it hard to smile cause of the cracked and uneven teeth..

Well I have been in quasi-remission now for 1 year and 6 months. I am going to celebrate at my 2 year anniversary very soon! What a trial this has been and one that has truely made me stronger both spirtually, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Although not everything is peachy... I am emotionally sensative right now because there is a trace amount of thyca left they found on ultrasound. My endo recommends to remove it while my surgeon says no, because it's so small and hard...

Ok I am 25 and I was diagnosed bipolar um well formally about 4 years ago. Well in the last year I stopes taking my medication do to other health issues and I have now developed several extreme unrealistic fears. Ok so I have always had one unrealistic fear of the dark. I hate the dark. I can not go out side I it is dark aloun I freeze with fear. I have been that way since I was a kid. But now it is worse and different. Out of no were I will have tearfing nightmares and wake up crying about something...
