Merry Meet folks,

I had a partial UPPP with a Tonsillectomy & Uvulectomy on January 10th, 2012 and it has changed my life for the better!! I'm so happy the soft food/liquid diet I was on, during my recovery, gave me a much needed kick start to lose weight. I lost 8 pounds my first week & a half after surgery and a total of 21 pounds since surgery.

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. It's not that I don't eat right because I eat well and healthy....
