Unresolved Feelings

Hi all. Beck here. I am not sure if these unresolved feelings are due to my bi-polar disorder or issues with a friendship I have with someone. I have noticed that I have been waking up recently with the blahs. This lasts during the day and into the evening. I feel moody and if a friend tells me they are going to check in with me and fails to do so I feel really hurt and close to tears. I have a friend and she tells me she will email/call me on a regular basis but then fails to do so. She also has bi-polar but that is no excuse. I'll finish this later.
