I am still having stomach problems, but they are not as bad since the gastroenterologist put me on a really strong probiotic called VSL#3 (it's some kind of medical food that you have to present a card to the pharmacist to get from behind the counter). So I take that every morning and Bentyl when I get cramps. I don't...

Life Right Now

Right now life is going pretty well. I was really sick about three weeks ago, and I think my boss was upset about it. I didn't mean to be, it was a really bad acute sinus infection. They put me on levaquin, apparently one of the strongest antibiotics out there. So I took it, but it scares me that a lot of antibiotics don't work on me anymore because I have had so many sinus infections. And of course when I get a sinus infection, my asthma acts up. So I bought a pulsating sinus irrigator and...

Story of my Non-Healing Wound - The New Player

Posted 09-22-2014 04:05 AM by RABG

When I ended my last post I mentioned that a "new player" was coming, he has. Dr. PS is a plastic surgeon who was asked by Dr. S to do the necessary surgery. What does that mean? This is the last, option I have of healing this wound and it will be hard.
In my post of "surgical debrediment" I wrote about the procedure, but this is going to be so much more. The PS will do a significantly larger debrediment, down to the bone again. I will stop calling the procedure a surgical...
