Went to OCD/Anxiety Support Group Last Night

I was a little nervous about going and took a Klonopin beforehand, but it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. One guy is on Luvox, but it's not the Luvox CR that I was on, it's regular Luvox. Another guy said Luvox was not good for him. I liked Luvox CR when I was on it, but it hasn't nearly been as good as Paxil has. Verdict is still out on Paxil CR since I'm still so new to it. Another Visit to P-Doc Today

Bottom of the ocean depressed again today, and so anxious last night, I woke up twice. The first time I took a Klonopin, but I didn't the second since I had taken one before going to bed, too. He increased my Paxil CR to 75 mgs and since I was already on Paxil CR 50 mgs (2 25 mg tablets I went ahead home and took another 25 mg tablet so I started the 75 mg today). Man, I hope this helps. So tired of this. We have tried adding Ailify 5 mgs, which helped some, increasing Anafranil to 150 2 75 mg...
