Hashimoto's & AutoImmune Disorder

I'm 20 and I have had a 'bad' thyroid since I was about 13. We figured that I would end up with Hypothyroid because my mother has it, as did her mother and her grandmother. Out of five children, I was the one that got it. And unfortunatly, I think my Little sister will too. But a few months ago, after YEARS of bouncing between dosage on thyroid medication, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease and AutoImmune Disorder. I'm still not 100% sure on what that means. To think I didn't take any daily meds a couple years ago...

There have always been two medical mysteries in my life. Occasionally passing out, or coming close to passing out, and gnawing, burning stomach pain. Since my parents are adverse to institutionalized medicine, there was no help in my childhood. It never seemed severe, but these two problems would come and go and I never understood why.

Pollen in March is indecent

Really indecent. I was thinking I'd have another couple weeks at least before I had to deal with this, but, nope, I am in full allergy mode. Eyes, nose, skin and lungs.
