A Daily Struggle

Having been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I find myself struggling to keep my blood glucose anywhere near normal. At first I was eating as if nothing was different with me until my levels started spiking at the 300 - 400's. So then I started to take this thing very seriously, changed my eating habits, started light exercise and lo & behold, my levels dropped down to the mid 100's.
