The Reglan worked, but it seemed to be making my asthma worse. As a last-ditch plan, I've quit taking the nortriptyline. It might possibly help my stomach, and if my stomach gets better,...

Ultrasound today

Posted 09-22-2010 03:26 AM by coolgama

Today I go to get the US of thyroid and then to see the eye dr for the results. (Testing to find out cause of dbl vision, proptosis, etc.) I sure hope I find something out today because its been a month since my GP sent me on this wild goose chase. This am, I'm feeling really fibromyalgia. No energy and weak. Think once I make it out of the house, I'll pick up something with caffeine in it if I still feel this way. Planning to go on to work after the appointments. May have to call someone...

Chronic Illness and Keeping up with the Joneses

Not enough so as one to think that they have something contagious. Maybe just allergies. But, then it starts out as a dry throat in the morning. Then, you're spitting out some thick stuff and your tonsils start getting swollen and then red, and you're more tired...

Yep. You can't deny...

Gripe Session- So far so Bad!

Posted 08-27-2010 10:40 AM by Sunsetnan

The Lemons:
I have eaten, and I have ridden 5 miles on my bike. So, after cooling down some, I am going to have a good old fashioned gripe session. I will dump the lemons, and later I will try to make lemonade out of it all. Yesterday started with a two hour drive to a dentist appointment. The dentist was repairing a damaged crown that needed replacing. There was grinding and drilling and even a some blood- letting. Yes, because of my "inflammatory" disease and the fact that...
