Much More Positive About my IBS

I saw a different doctor and she actually cared. She told me to take an immodium every morning and take the VSL#3 in the morning and two gas x pills during each meal, then take a probiotic at night and I am feeling so much better. It's not nearly as bad as it was. I'm supposed to see her again December 5th.

So I went back to the gastroenterologist Monday. The doctor says I have IBS and acted like they had said that definitely before. The VSL#3 has helped a lot, but Sunday my cramping was so bad that if someone hadn't driven to church I would've left, it hurt so bad. I'm not going to be able to do the nursery anymore. There is no way I can do it with the cramping and needing to go to the bathroom being as bad as it gets all of a sudden. I can't be on the floor playing with kids. Well, he basically...

Well day 1 post op has begun! what a day it was yesterday for surgery. Snowstorm,freezing cold weather,short staffed at hospital! But made it through! New to this blogging but thought id give it a try. Heard its good mental therapy! So cheers to the next few months of this!
