Well I did say I was going to post about my day with my first intake with Zantrex 3. Well here it goes,

I took one in the morning it didn't do too much effect on me until lunch time where I started to get jittery. For lunch I had another banana and wasn't hungry until I finished swimming.

I was still jittery after swimming but at the same time exhausted. So by 5:30 pm (CST) I was still jittery and wasn't feeling well too more like nauseous. But I had to take my last...
