New Diet Day 1

First let me introduce myself, I am syp17, 20 years old and a college student. Everyone knows about "FRESHMAN 15" well...yeah the struggle is real!

I been struggling with weight gain for a very long time. I am glad to find HealthBoards because I always wanted to write blogs and seek out other people and get advices!

As today, I am trying out this Zantrex 3 with exercising! I read a lot about it and it seems to work better than SlimQuick (Lost about 10 pounds...
