My diet is going well and have been able to keep to it without any trouble at all ... so far!
My home help came on Thursday and put my new curtains and pelmets up for me and they look great. Next thing is to get my sitting room carpet cleaned...(about time too! ..
)
It's quite surprising that now I have a more positive look towards getting my home into better shape that I feel more positive in dealing with keeping to my diet.... just hope that it shows a good loss when I get on my scales on Monday morning...
