And we are off!
I think it's a combination of having had relaxing massages plus I have decided to stop taking the CoCodamol for my back pain as it has been making me very constipated. So hopefully the weight will continue to drop even if it is only a couple of pounds every two weeks.
Another pleasing effect from my massages is that my arms are not as painful and I have been able to take up knitting again... (making a cable design vest or waistcoat type of jumper for myself) thus being occupied in the evenings I am not dropping off to sleep all the time which means my sleeping pattern is very much improved.
Next thing on my "to do" list is to go swimming but the lady who does my massages can only call on a Tuesday and I have my hair done on a Friday and the Over 50s sessions are only on those two afternoons. .. Think I may well alter my hairdo day.
