Things are going pretty good with my improved
eating and fluids and dealing with stress loads.
Sort of a back and forth thing but all and all
I am pleased and am pressing on.

It was filled with giggles and serious talk.
Each of us woman eventually got into the
topic of weight and what is height, weight
proportionate etc. It was real interesting!
I am at my highest weight these days with
a recent weight loss of 4 pounds in 4 weeks.
Yeh for me! My goal weight loss is 20 more
pounds. I would be more than satisfied with
that. According to the charts though my real
target weight loss would be 40 pounds. Guess...

For about a year now I've had an intense phobia of taking walks
outdoors. Anywhere mostly.....but walking outside of our community
mall is ok as I feel dogs would not attack me there. This is a real
big thing right now and I cannot figure out for sure why it's seeming
to escalate!

I've only been bitten once mildly years ago by my sisters dog.
Otherwise no bites I can think of.
