To Do: Put some flab on!

So I lost about 6 pounds to the severe asthma symptoms I had in early May. When your lungs are significantly impaired, even eating can seem like too much effort. Once I got properly diagnosed and treated, I stopped losing, but I haven't gained any back yet. At the neighborhood health fair, I tried this electrical doodad that measures body fat. Clocked in at 21%, which is right at the bottom of the "idea" range for a woman my age. BMI 20.8, and I'm fairly large-framed.
Yeah, I look good. And I can fit into those shorts I love. But I really think I'd be healthier with another 3-4 pounds of fat sitting on me. Weight in the high 130's was the only time I've had regular periods, for example.
Today I had to postpone breakfast (long story) and wound up having a low-blood-sugar crazy episode, which hasn't happened in a long time.
So, I want to get fitter, gain muscle, and gain fat.
Gazing into my crystal ball, I see a lot of time spent cooking in my future.
Oh, well. I like cooking!
