so nervous

hey everyone im 21 and made many mistakes in life including unprotected sex...ive never been so scared in my life....ive ttaken 3 test all negative its been almost 3 monhs since the exposure..ive had swollen glands on both sides my throat and my neck they dont hurt but are enlarge....the glands on my throat have been swollen for some time now. no fever flu or rash....some diarrea here and there i eat alot of junk food dont know if that has anythin to do with it...heard everythin from allergies to acid reflux..sum tingling feelins on my hand at times also chest pain....should i be concerned??? so stressed would appreciate any help thanks

You had taken 3 tests?? What kind of tests? What is it that you may have contracted?

	ive taken 3 hiv test....i had unprotected sex a few times and was gettin these syptoms....swollen glands in the neck had sum chest pains tingling feelins in the hands...ive had the glands in my neck swollen for some time, a little bit of pain on my jaw underneath my ears......was just lookin for some help been so stressed out thanks

	Well, I would say take a deep breath, calm down, and make a dr. appointment. Many of your symptoms can come from stress. Many can also come from a simple cold virus. Don't jump to the worst possible conclusion unless you have real reason to think that the person you were with is ill. Good luck.

	yea will do...thanks alot im just really stressed out i think i made it worst for myself...im made an appointment for thursday im most worried by the swollen glands on my neck its been like that for some time now.
