Knee Surgeries

My first knee surgery was in August of 1994, when I was a Specialist in the Army. It was a meniscus repair and lateral release, which turned out to be the end of running for me. I was running two weeks after the surgery, slowly, but it went down hell after that. A few years later, in 2002 I had another meniscus repair done. The recovery went haywire when I suddenly could not physically straighten out my leg. Someone else could straighten it, I just couldn't do it under my own control. It never...
