Feeling better today but with diarria from the L-tyrosene. So on imodium. Much more productive. Husband bought me 2 cinnamon rolls. I ate one. I want to get off sugar, but I'm going to give it a few days. I can only focus on one addiction at a time. said i wouldn't drink til fri. drank last night--vodka about 3 large drinks. Today we are out of vodka, so it should be easier not to drink. I am doing laundry, etc. Slow but steady. No w/d symptoms. Not depressed.

I have a terrible headache x 4 days now, but realized it is from the air being so dry; nose drops help immensely.

I feel good today except for that. No w/d symptoms. Slept all night, although I woke up with the most painful leg cramp. I take vitamins including extra biotin and b12, magnesium and eat bananas.

I took the L-tyrosene and it is wearing off already. But the house is cleaned up and now I can relax.

Had dreams so I know I am finally getting REM sleep. This morning I took my L Tyrosene 3000 mg. and I had a lot of energy. It's 10 a.m. now and it's already wearing off. I just don't feel like doing anything. My fibromyagia is flaring.

I have to admit, I miss the energy that the percs gave me. But I'm not craving them. I know this will last about 2 to 3 weeks and then I will be back to normal. It would be better if i could get out of the house, but i don't have access to a car. ...

I am so grateful to have made it this far. My biggest complaints are sleeplessness and constant headaches. I don't know if the headaches are related but I very rarely have headaches. Now it is 4 am. The latest I have slept is 3:30, but I keep waking up.

Had 2 drinks. I listened to a radio show - the democracy station on Sirius - and the topic was opiates. 2 things I heard scared me.
