what causes unusual bruising

it always seems i have bruises all over on my legs arms thighs, you name it. i know i am not bumping myself this much. does anyone know what can cause this?? its really starting to freak me out. i also get tingly in my fingers and toes, and my toes sometimes go numb. i don't know if this has to do with circulation or what. any input would be awesome!

Re: what causes unusual bruising

WOW you sound like me a few months ago...I had been bruising starting in the spring and my hand and feet also have been tingling for around a year. Go get blood work done, I found out that I had Autoimmune hemolytic anemia and was sent to the hospital for 4 days and it could have been avoided...I think? if I had
went when I started bruising , they said I could have died... so go to your doc and tell him your concerns.
Let us know how it turns out.
