11.3 is not very high if you smoke cigarettes or have any rheumatoid inflammation. Dental infections will make a blood count high. What you need to look for is the percentage of each count. For instance, if the lymphocytes percentage is less than !5% you may have something going on, or if the neutrophils are too high or there are too many immature cells in the blood there may be a problem, but if all the percentages of types of white cells are about the same and within normal range, then it is probably just a reflection of inactivity or too much activity that is temporary.
