Hey, guys!

I am having a bone marrow biopsy and aspiration tomorrow. I was wondering how the experience was for any of you who have had it, and what I can expect. (I'm really nervous) =)

I hope everything went well! Were you given any kind of sedation? I have mine coming up next month (for chronic leukopenia) on the 15th and I'll be getting Versed.

Hi!
I got NO sedation or pain meds until after. They just numbed the area. If you get sedation it probably won't be too bad. I'm a little sore today, but yesterday was the hard part. You are very lucky to have a doc that will give you something. Don't worry about it. It's not that bad.=) Let me know how everything goes for you!!
