Low lymphocyte level, need advice

No symptoms visible, beside a little bit pallid skin.

Age: 3,5 years

Here are the lab results:

MON : Ref. 0.1 - 1.1, Value 1.4
GRA : Ref. 1.5 - 8.5, Value 4.1
LYM% : Ref. 28 - 59, Value 19.8
MON% : Ref. 1.5 - 9.0, Value 20.1
GRA% : Ref. 25.0 - 68.0, Value 60.1

RBC : Ref. 3.85 - 5.15, Value 5.21
HGB : Ref. 10.7 - 13.9, Value 11.5
HCT : Ref. 32.5 - 41.5, Value 36.3
MCV : Ref. 73.0 - 91.0, Value 69.7
MCH : Ref. 24.0 - 31.0, Value 22.1
MCHC : Ref. 30.0 - 35.5, Value 31.7
RDW : Ref. 10.0 - 16.0, Value 17.2

PLT : Ref. 200 - 460, Value 367
MPV : Ref. 7.0 - 11.0, Value 6.7
PCT : Ref. 0.1 - 0.5, Value 0.246
PDW : Ref. 10.0 - 18.0, Value 11.8

Iron : Ref. 4.0 - 24.0, Value 5.2
Transferrin : Ref. 171 - 348, Value 282
Transferrin-Saturation : Ref. 7-46, Value 7
Ferritin : Ref. 10 - 180, Value 13

IgA : Ref. 0.20 - 1.00, Value 0.85

To increase the iron levels, we take an iron supplement. Should I be concerned over any of the higher or lower numbers, particularly with regard to the low lmyphozyte and the high monozyte level?

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Low lymphocyte level, need advice

are you currently sick with the flu/virus/ or a cold? That can cause numbers to fluctuate.
