Homocysteine cvd and cardiolipin IGG,IGM,IGA

my lab report says that the Homocysteind, CVD is 6.2
Prothrombin time 14.8 and INR 1.4 what does this mean?
Also the Cardiolipin AB IGG,IGM,IGA is <10 on all three. What does this mean?
Thank you for your help in understanding my test results.
