High Lymphocytes High Neutrophils?

Would appreciate any help. Three months of hospitalization and treatment with no diagnosis other than diabetes and PE. High sed rate, high WBC (high lymphocyetes, high neutrophils) slightly elevated RBC, no fever, night sweats,
fatigue, chest pain upon exertion. I cannot find anything regarding high lymphocytes and high neutrophils at the same time. Any thoughts?

Iqchar,

I had the high Lymphocyctes and Neutrophil and was diagnosed with Babesia. You could have a Lyme and a co-infection alike Babesia, Bartonella, Rickettesia, HME, HA.

My white blood cells go up from time to time.
