how to reduce ESR level in blood

i had C section 3 months before. now my ESR rate in blood is 53. how can i reduce this

You really can't. The ESR is just a way of showing that you have inflammation somewhere...doesn't say what kind of inflammation or where it is....just that it exists. You need to find out where the problem is and what it is. Even stress can make the ESR go up but not as high as yours is.

The ESR in itself, does not cause anything. It just shows that somewhere in your body, there is a problem.
