Can Spriva casue all of nthis. I have been on it for 2 years for COPD. A urine culture did not show any growth. I have to get up 3-5 times a night to uinate. This all started at the same time
Spiriva is not a steroid, so it doesn't suppress the immune system. I don't think it's that likely to be the cause, but you could ask your doctor if you can stop taking it for a while, just to see if it helps.
Are you on any other medications? Were there any other changes in your life right before these problems started?
