Dizzy spells and cramping down my arms

I was just diagnosed with Essential Thrombocytosis. Almost 2 months ago, I had horrible painsin my abdomen. I went to the ER and they found a blood clot in my left hepatic vein. Since then they found I have 2 genetic factors that also make me prone to clotting.

More recently, I have been having severe dizzy spells that make me go cross eyed and shoot a terrible cramping feeling down my arms. They have a CT scan scheduled for me on Wednesday, but the spells are coming more and more frequently.

Does this sound familiar to anyone and, if so, what should I do to help ease it??
