Hi again, loolee. I just responded to your response on another thread. I think the AT III deficiency is more rare and, if I understand correctly, is usually an inherited disorder. And it's the only one that does not respond to Heparin therapy because Heparin requires the presence of AT III in significant quantities in the blood in order to work. So going off my Warfarin for procedures and surgeries is quite the challenge. Anyway, good to meet you. Hope you find the information you're looking for regarding your own disorder.
