Leg locks up, very painful

Hi, been having some weird and painful experience lately. When laying on the floor, resting my legs up on couch for a short period, I find my leg goes into this uncontrolable spasm - where the knee and hhip joints lock up and will not bend for some time. This pain is excrutiating and I cannot move at all. Lately I have also been getting it in my shoulder - I have a habit of resting with my hands behind my head, and then find that I cannot take them down as my shoulder joint has locked up. My arm then has a painful, heavy feeling all the way down for a time afterwards. I am 37yo and currently taking warfarin from a blood clot (in opposite leg) though not sure this has anything to do with it. Does anyone have ANY idea what is going on. Thanx in advance, Cindy
