Hi, I too have uneven chest and it's due to my scoliosis. Do you know if you have scoliosis? It's a curvature of the spine sideways forming a 'C' or 'S' shape. An xray can show if you have it.
If it's really bothering you alot, you can consult an orthopedic surgeon. So if scoliosis is the problem and it's severe, surgery might be needed. If it's mild or moderate, a brace might be worn almost 24hrs daily. However, if you have stopped growing, the brace might not be effective to correct the curvature.
So get an Xray and discuss with the orthopedic surgeon on ways to improve the abnormality of your chest. Good luck.
