Hi....first of all i do not understand how you found a cyst on
your bone on your hip? I have osteoarthritis of the hip joint and cysts all over the femur. These cysts are areas that bone
has worn away and left porous hole that will have to be filled
later on with shard of bone and bone cement before they can
cap the femur and complete a resurface surgery for the hip
joint. A bone cysts is a hole in the bone from bone grinding

How was this found? Xray, CT, MRI? Were you having pain to lead to the tests? What type of doctor ordered the tests? You should get to an orthopedic doctor for evaluation.
