Hello,

I'm plagued by hallux rigidus (stiff big toe joint!), some relief from steroid injection but not as much as last time. It now hurts a bit every time I put my foot down. Hospital have offered cheilectomy or fusion, I'm an actress need to wear all sorts of shoes and be very active, so really not keen. I have good orthotics which help, but just wondered if anyone had had good results from alternative therapies - marigold therapy promises a lot, cherry juice, acupuncture etc etc. Be very interested to hear anyone's stories.
