Unhappy Sternum Pain
I have sever pain at the tip of my sternum, it wakes me up during the night and hurts all day. it feels like a stabbing pain and is very painful to touch. There seems to be a little knot there.
Could it be my stomach or esophagus and is pushing on my sternum or could it be cancer???

I think you need to be scoped so they can look at your esophagus. Maybe it is GERD or hiatal hernia, neither is a medical emergency but it can give you piece of mind. There are meds for GERD also that help a great deal. Good Luck
