Dislocated finger tip w/ fracture

I had my finger in a splint for two weeks. Now I ice and move it as much as I can. The finger seems good, I can move it up down left and right. No finger drop or lag. Bottom knuckle I have full extention, but where the injury was it is still swollen and I have zero extention from the top knuckle. It has been 4 weeks. Should I see a hand guy or give it more time?????????????
