Intermittent bone pain

It started with severe pain in my right knuckle which disappeared within a few hrs, then i started to get the same pain in my left elbow on the end of the bone. Neither was cause by any trauma however the elbow has lingered now for a few days. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
Other symptoms are:
Frequent urination
Tiredness
Lethargy
Disturbed sleep
night thirst

Thanks
Wayne
