long shot - low calcium

Hi
I'm new here and desperate for information to help figure out whats going on with me!

Im experiencing excruciating pain in my lower right abdomen, towards the top of my hip (Illiac crest). I can't exactly pin point the pain but it is bad.

My blood tests showed nothing unusual apart from very low calcium.

I'm waiting to see specialists and have scans etc but i'm driving myself worrying in the mean time.

Does anyone know if low calcium could trigger this sort of pain in my hip? Its not the joint, its the actual boney part of my hip

Thanks in advance
