Pain In Forearm

My dog fell on my arm pretty hard and ever since i've been having pain in my forearm. It is constant pain but worsens when I lift my arm a certain way, try to grasp an object or make a fist, lifting objects, pushing against something or pulling something with the arm. Basically a lot of daily activities worsen the pain in my forearm. There is slight bruising, tenderness and swelling.
I'm not sure as what to do or if it is worth getting checked out. Any idea's on what it could be? I have had a brace on the same forearm because of a past injury not in the exact same area though.

Thanks!
