will my scar open up under a tight cast?
 

I had a new cast fitted as i was worried about my scar as it was hurting...everything was fine and the doctors and nurses said its healing very well...they put a new cast on without worrying about a plaster over the scar this time...its just so tight and im worried its going to open up under the cast...any advice??
