Hi its started again, when I lay down at night on the sofa or go to bed, it could be 'restless leg syndrome' but it feels like its in the bone especially in my shins, knees, hips (bruised feeling, on each side) and lower back. I toss and turn all night straightening my legs flexing my feet or curl up trying to find a comfortable position. I do fall asleep only to wake up again and again doing the same thing. I will have these symptoms for a few months then it will just disappear for a few months?? Once I use to wake up and my ankles would feel 'locked'?? I would have to do flexing and pointing my toes and walk it out? I haven't had it since which was last year and lasted as I said a few months then disappeared?? Anyone can relate?

Have you ever experienced any injury in the legs, hips? Sometimes due to poor circular also due to certain lifestyle habits also leads to the excruciating pain. The foremost thing is to know the cause of the pain. One thing what I can do is that make sure to visit the doctor so that the cause of the pain could be determined and we can further carry out the discussions.

Have you tried an analgesic before bed. Perhaps 2 Aleve with some warm milk (calcium) just before hitting the sack would be worth a try for a couple days?
It can't hurt and is certainly a cheap enough trial.
